I personally don’t understand the point of instant cream of wheat since you can prepare both this and the minute version using the same methods. Either way, it’s an amazing product. Do you taste a different between instant and regular? I don’t.

I love that yoghurt but I always thought they add corn starch to get that consistency. I was binge eating and got inflammation in my heel which took so long to heal only after stopping this yoghurt.

The problem with all these homemade versions is that when you pour them in your coffee, it makes your coffee very runny. But when you pour the original Bailey's or Carol Ann's in your coffee still tastes thick and creamy
